Suitable for low-voltage power supply systems of 48-62Hz, it is a voltage-limiting type surge protective device. The product has been tested and complies with IEC 61643-1 and GB 18802.1 requirements. The product class is Class D.

  2.Product Advantages

The significant features of this product are low output residual voltage and fast response time. Especially when a lightning surge passes through the protector, no follow current will occur. In the event that the lightning arrester fails due to overheating, overcurrent, or breakdown caused by a lightning strike, the built-in failure tripping device can automatically disconnect it from the power grid.

  3.Scope of Application

The HDS-D20 is suitable for induced lightning protection of sensitive electronic equipment inside buildings. It can serve as a Class III (Type 3) power line surge protective device within a building, and is installed in the sub-distribution cabinet at the boundary between LPZ2 and LPZ3 zones inside the building.
