I.Product Introduction

The copper-clad steel grounding rod is manufactured using unique production processes and advanced technology introduced from France. The product combines the low electrical resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical connectivity of copper with the high strength and construction convenience of steel, making it the best choice to replace traditional metal grounding materials. Utilizing advanced French electroforming technology, the copper layer is integrally bonded, providing excellent plasticity. It can be threaded, bent, and is easy to transport and install. It can be widely used in grounding systems for power transmission and transformation, power plants, communication base stations, buildings, and antenna grounding devices. II.Product Features

Produced using top-tier French new copper electroforming technology, it will not delaminate or crack even when bent 180 degrees.

The special multi-segment connection method allows it to penetrate up to 35 meters underground, meeting construction requirements in special environments. III.Product Specifications

Example: HD-Φ14.2 indicates that the diameter of the grounding rod is 14.2mm.

It indicates that both ends are threaded. If there is no specific annotation, it defaults to one pointed end and one flat end.

IV.Technical Testing

1.Tensile Strength: ≥ 600 N/mm².

2.Copper Layer Bonding: After the adhesion test, the copper-steel bond on the rod body is good with no peeling observed. A slight flaking of the copper layer at the jaws of the pliers is considered normal mechanical wear from clamping. The grounding rods can be lengthened to the required depth using coupling joints to penetrate up to 35 meters underground, thereby reducing the impact of climatic conditions (such as frost and drought) on soil resistivity and grounding resistance.
